Terms and Conditions Weingut Kiesling
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders and services provided by Weingut Kiesling, 2261 Mannersdorf an der March. By placing an order or booking an event, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products and Services
Weingut Kiesling offers wines, tastings, tours, and events. Participation in events is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include value-added tax (VAT). Payments can be made by credit card, Apple Pay, or in advance via bank transfer. Cash payments are only accepted on-site at the winery, but card payments are also possible on-site. Discount codes and vouchers may only be applied to the wine range and are not valid for events.
4. Orders and Delivery
There is no minimum order value. Shipping is free for orders exceeding a specified amount. Delivery is carried out by postal service. Upon request and subject to availability, delivery outside of Austria is also possible.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Private customers have the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returns are only possible for unused and undamaged products. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are perishable, such as wine. For sealed wine bottles, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal is removed after delivery.
Bei unversehrter und unbenutzter Ware innerhalb der Widerrufsfrist ist eine Rücksendung möglich. Die Kosten für die Rücksendung trägt der Kunde.
We guarantee that the goods will be securely shipped in special wine cartons. However, we accept no liability for delivery delays caused by postal services or external circumstances. In the event of damaged goods (e.g., due to transport damage), customers are requested to contact us in writing within 2 days of receipt. Refunds will only be granted for damaged goods. No refunds will be issued for undamaged goods. If only part of the order is damaged, a partial refund will be offered for the affected item.
6. Events and Occasions
Refunds and Cancellations: A full refund is possible up to two weeks before the event. After this period, no refunds will be granted.
Event Postponement and Cancellation: If an event has to be cancelled or cannot take place (e.g. due to exceptional weather conditions such as storms, hail, flooding, or rain in the case of outdoor events without shelter, occurring before the start of the event and making its execution impossible), participants will be offered the opportunity to attend an alternative date – provided that such a date has not already been automatically scheduled and communicated due to the nature of the event at the time of booking.
If no alternative date is scheduled, or if participation in a replacement event (e.g. a wine tasting or similar) is not feasible, participants will instead receive a wine package as a substitute. A refund in cash or to the original method of payment is excluded in these cases.
Substitute Arrangements for Events interrupted after start:
If an event has to be prematurely terminated after it has started due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., storm, hail, flooding), the following regulations apply:

If less than 50% of the scheduled event duration has been completed, participants will receive a voucher or a wine package equivalent to 100% of the amount paid as compensation. Cash refunds are excluded.

If more than 50% of the event duration has been completed, participants will receive, as a voluntary goodwill gesture, a voucher or a wine package valued at 50% of the amount paid. Refunds in cash or to the original method of payment, as well as any entitlement to this goodwill gesture, are excluded.

There is no entitlement to a refund in cash or to the original method of payment.
Number of Participants and Minimum Age: The maximum number of participants and the minimum age for each event are specified in the respective event descriptions on our website.
Liability: Each participant is responsible for their own alcohol consumption. We accept no liability for damages or accidents resulting from alcohol consumption during the event, unless they are caused by our gross negligence..
7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is 2261 Mannersdorf an der March, Austria.
8. Packaging and Shipping
In case of transport damage, the customer will receive a replacement if available. If replacement products are not available, a partial or full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
The goods will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received. If this is not possible (e.g., due to illness or vacation), the customer will be informed in advance or an appropriate notice will be posted on our website.
9. Trademark "Striezi"
The trademark "Striezi" is patented in Austria and may not be used without the express permission of Weingut Kiesling.
